All of our turnaround times are estimates only and NOT guarantees. Please keep in mind that there are several different things that can go wrong with the printing process that are out of our control. The turnaround times that we give are based on actual statistics of jobs SC have done in the past and are NOT guaranteed. Under no circumstances will a refund be honored for a delay in SC estimated turnaround time.

COLORS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
Because of limitations with SC printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed and by placing an order with SC you agree to this limitation. SC accepts no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process.
CUTTING & SIZE LIMITATIONS
Because of limitations with SC printing process, the accuracy of cutting is not guaranteed and by placing an order with SC you agree to this limitation. All jobs are printed at the size that is ordered, but they are cut inside slightly to avoid excess from the job next to it. SC accepts no responsibility for size variations below or above 1/16" to 1/8". Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for cutting or size variations that have occurred during the printing process within these specifications.
Most of the time SC will print slightly more than what you ordered, for no additional charge. As printing industry trade standards allow for underages of up to 10%, sometimes SC will print slightly fewer pieces than you ordered. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for a quantity that was shorted less than 10%.
COPY & DESIGN ERRORS
If you are approving a proof via email or in person, you are responsible for checking: Date, Time, Place, Address, Pictures, Color, Spelling, Names and Event Title, Etc. verifies that you have read your product completely, and all contents are punctuated, spelled, positioned, etc. correctly. If there are any missed errors found after you have replied approving, you assume all responsibilities, such as payments for returns. By the time your job gets to print, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. SC will not take responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part. SC is also not responsible for any wrong dates or misspelled words in files submitted by customer or jobs approved by customer upon design completion. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for an error in the file submitted or the design that was approved.
SC will not be responsible for shipping delays or lost shipments caused by third party shipping companies. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for a shipping delay or lost shipment.
All of SC orders must be paid in advance with either cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Personal or business checks are only accepted. There are absolutely no exceptions. Under no circumstances will SC be held responsible for delayed production of a job due to non-payment or customers delay in providing anything needed to complete project. For projects under $500, payment must be made in full before any work begins. Projects over $500 require a 60% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit beforehand. Balance due upon completion or within 30 days of Order being placed. Payment should be made in the method and manner specified by SC.
Work is to be delivered no later than [9-21 BUSINESS DAYS, 5-8 WEEKS FOR BRANDING PACKAGES, WEBSITES, AND LARGER PROJECTS.], but SC agrees that the date of delivery is not material to this Agreement. No finalized artwork files will be delivered until balance is paid off. If work is purchased, and Client does not complete within 60 days, there is a $100 restart fee. If over 100 days, project is null and void, and no refund shall be issued. ALL UNPAID INVOICES ARE CANCELLED AFTER 24HRS. Logo files are sent over in pdf, png, and jpg formats. Print files are sent over in pdf and png format. Photoshop PSD files are available for an additional fee.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
There is absolutely no way to cancel the order. Under no circumstances will a refund be honored. There are absolutely no exceptions. Customer agrees that by placing an order with SC | Sierra Currie, the Customer has incurred and is paying for services provided and that regardless of whether the Customer refuses to take delivery of such product ordered, SC has rendered a service for which it shall be paid in full. The Customer agrees that by placing any such order, the Customer will not cancel or terminate the order or refuse any such payment for the services provided. However, Sierra Currie | SC Once may be cancel an order for any reason and if so and the order has not began, SC will refund full Deposit. If Sierra Currie | SC cancels an order for any reason and the order has started processing, Sierra Currie | SC will decide if the balance of order will be dismissed or Refunded. In addition, the Customer authorizes SC to use these terms and conditions with any credit card company or financial institution to establish that Customer is not allowed to cancel any such order and that any such charge-back is improper.
GRANT OF RIGHTS
SC may use Work in gallery/portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays SC works). Client and SC agree that when asked, Client must properly identify SC as the creator of Work. Client does not have a proactive duty to display SC name together with Work, but Client may not seek to mislead others that Work was created by anyone other than SC. Draft files of artwork are property of SC, and shall not be used in any matter or posted onto Social Media. That can be breach of contract, and cause SC to forfeit project. In this case, no refund.
SC may use your product for samples or advertising purposes.
SERVICES AND CONDITIONS OF USE
As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Upon notice published through this website, we may modify these terms and conditions at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement
RULES FOR ONLINE CONDUCT
By using the service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of SC website.
All trademarks appearing on the SC website are trademarks of their respective owners.
RIGHT TO SUBCONTRACT
SC shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
THE CUSTOMER AND USER OF THIS WEBSITE ("CUSTOMER") AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS,' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTUOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.
NEITHER SC NOR ANY OF HER AGENTS OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
SC may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless SC tells you otherwise. This policy was updated on May 05, 2020.
